Portfolio — for Founders School

Games people love. Audiences that convert. AI in every layer.

Twenty years turning real rooms into things people watch, play, and share — then handing the engine to everyone else. I build the top of the funnel and the product at the end of it.

The right message, in the right place, at the right time.

Purposeful strategy over spray-and-hope wins every time.

The two things nobody puts together: games real people love, and real businesses. This role needs both. I've shipped both.

The underdog playbook — twice

Two business schools, two turnarounds — a dying program and a top-20 school, both made into names people could not stop talking about. The exact assignment Founders School is hiring for, already run twice.

Michael J. Coles College of Business · Kennesaw State University

From a program on life support to the envy of the region.

A dying MBA program — 12 students — rebuilt over 24 months into the largest MBA in the Southeast, out-recruiting Georgia State and Georgia Tech, with audited enrollment and application numbers proving every claim.

The challenge

An underdog program most families overlooked for traditionally prestigious names. Low awareness, falling enrollment, no distinct identity.

What I did

Rebranded the program and built a data-driven strategy: targeted ranking campaigns, a billboard buy owning the highways to the airport, a student mentorship program, and a Fortune-500-to-startup speaker and breakfast series. I also closed two Fortune 500 partnerships that sponsored 60 full-ride student scholarships.

The result

Families began choosing the underdog over the prestige schools. Reputation climbed among deans, business leaders, and parents — all backed by audited enrollment and application data.

Then I did it again — at a top-20 school.

Owning the full marketing and digital strategy and execution, I drove rankings up and international demand through the roof — and turned students into a proof engine by placing them on consulting engagements normally reserved for the big firms.

The challenge

Grow demand and reputation at a respected school in a crowded top tier — and prove the program produced real-world outcomes, not just credentials.

What I did

Owned marketing and digital strategy and execution end to end, ran targeted international campaigns, and built a pipeline that placed students on consulting work usually reserved for the big firms — turning outcomes into the story.

The result

International applicants up 3,000%, rankings climbing, and a student body whose real engagements became the school’s most credible marketing.

02How I would get 1M followers across social media

100K of the right followers > 100M of the wrong ones.

The mistake new programs make: they chase eyeballs. We don’t need vanity consumption — we need consumption that converts. Reach that fills info sessions and applications, not a follower count that does nothing.

The thesis

By activating our own community, I believe we reach 100K subscribers in 6 months and 1M in 12.

Not by buying reach — by turning the school’s own people into the distribution engine, and pairing it with earned media most schools never even attempt. Here is how.

1 · A word-of-mouth AI agent workforce

The videos and student work made during the day get turned into shorts and stories while we sleep. An AI agent workforce clips, ranks, and pushes them — to us and to the community — matching the right video to the right community member, and making it a one-approval upload. It can even loop into the system for auto-posting. Distribution that multiplies through people, not one account.

2 · Earned media at the top of the funnel

A campaign to place our students on late-night and talk shows — and as guests on the biggest creator channels — borrowing established audiences to make Founders School a name teenagers already know before they ever hit an ad.

3 · The whole thing points at conversion

Every piece is built to move someone one step closer: watch → trust → info session → application. Reach is the input; enrolled, ambitious teens are the output. That is the only scoreboard that counts.
